Less than a month after being arrested at a karaoke bar in Hawaii, Ezra Miller has once again landed in trouble with Hawaii’s police. Deadline reports that Miller was arrested earlier this morning for second-degree assault in Pāhoa, Hawaii.
According to a statement from the Hawaii Police Department, Miller was taken into custody at around 1:30am following an incident at a home in Pāhoa. Officers claim that Miller “became irate” after being asked to leave the residence and allegedly threw a chair, which struck a 26-year-old woman in the forehead and resulted in a half-inch cut. Miller was later found and arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 130 and Kukula Street. Miller was released from custody at 4:05am, but the investigation is still underway.

On March 28, Miller was arrested after visiting a karaoke bar in Hilo, Hawaii. The actor reportedly began yelling obscenities while other patrons were singing on stage. But matters escalated when Miller grabbed the microphone from a woman who was singing and later lunged at a man playing darts. Police eventually charged Miller with harassment and disorderly conduct.
Miller’s latest antics could very well prompt Warner Bros. to act ahead of The Flash’s release next year. The studio reportedly held an emergency meeting last month to evaluate his future as the scarlet speedster in future DC projects. Warner Bros. declined to comment on Miller’s latest arrest. Regardless, The Flash remains scheduled to hit theaters on June 23, 2023.
