The CW has released a brand new promo for the upcoming eighteenth episode of The Flash Season 6. Things got intense between Barry Allen and Mirror-Iris in the latest episode of the series. Eventually, Barry managed to find the truth about his wife, who is still looking for a way out of the Mirrorverse. In the meanwhile, Eva has walked free in the real world, and she has proven that the powerless hero is no match for her in his current condition.
In the next episode, Godspeed will make his return to Central City. Given his current lack of Speed Force, The Flash will have to ask help from his old friend Pied Piper, only to discover that in the world post Crisis on Infinite Earths, he and Hartley Rathaway are enemies.

The COVID-19 outbreak forced The CW to reduce the current season’s episode count from 22 to 19. In a recent interview, The Flash executive producer Eric Wallace teased a colossal battle coming in the Season 6 finale. Might Godspeed be one of the protagonists of the upcoming clash?
Amanda Tapping directed the upcoming episode written by Jess Carson. The official synopsis of “Pay the Piper” reads as follows:
“When Godspeed returns, Barry (Grant Gustin) turns to Hartley Rathaway (guest star Andy Mientus) for help. However, things get tense quickly after Barry realizes one of the changes from Crisis is that The Flash and Pied Piper are now enemies. Meanwhile, Iris (Candice Patton) tries to escape the Mirrorverse.”
