Javicia Leslie Shares a Batwoman Season 2 Stunt Video
Batwoman was one of The CW’s first Arrowverse shows to resume production after the COVID-19 shutdown. However, it’s still a new experience for Javicia Leslie. Since Ruby Rose’s Kate Kane has left the show, Leslie’s Ryan Wilder is Gotham City’s new Batwoman. That means Leslie has to perform the superhero stunts that come with the territory.
Earlier this week, Leslie posted a video on Instagram that shows her in a wire harness as Batwoman retreats to the rooftops of Gotham. Mary (Nicole Kang) also appears with Ryan in this scene. Regardless, Leslie can’t resist breaking character as she has the thrill of a lifetime.

Leslie isn’t the only new addition to the cast this season. Shivani Ghai, Leah Gibson, Nathan Owens, and Alex Morf are also joining the show. Ghai is playing Safiyah, while Gibson is portraying Safiyah’s personal assassin, The Whisper. Additionally, Owens is set to play a gardner named Ocean, while Morf steps into the role of serial killer Victor Zsasz.
Batwoman season 2 will premiere on Sunday, January 17, 2021.
