New Elseworlds Poster Teases Mystery Character
The CW’s annual Arrowverse crossover is coming next week. and now CBR has shared a new poster for the event. Elseworlds has been heavily teased, and this new image continues that trend by introducing a new character on the poster. Elseworlds is already introducing Lois Lane and Kate Kane / Batwoman. But who is the robotic creature standing behind Stephen Amell’s Flash?
This new robot is a mystery to us, as is it’s role in the story. It’s placement behind the body-swapped Flash seems to suggest the two will be connected. Elseworlds will be bringing the heroic trio of Supergirl, Green Arrow, and the Flash to Gotham City. Somehow, reality will be rewritten so that Amell’s Green Arrow is living Barry Allen’s life as the Flash. Meanwhile, Grant Gustin’s Flash will find himself stuck as Oliver Queen / Green Arrow.

You can see additional details in the full poster below. Tyler Hoechlin’s Superman stands off to the right hand side of the poster while holding Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch). His counterpart, the Superman in the black suit, is floating ominously behind him over a destroyed city. Other characters on the poster include Danielle Panabaker’s Killer Frost, as well as Arrowverse newcomer LaMonica Garrett as the Monitor. The level of destruction here is also interesting, as it seems to promise a real “Crisis”for the heroes.
The crossover will begin with The Flash on Sunday, December 9. The second chapter will follow in Arrow, on Monday, December 10, before concluding on December 11 with Supergirl.
