ComingSoon.net reports that Sony’s Screen Gems has set a release date for Priest:
The studio will release director Andrew Douglas’ Priest on August 17, 2007. Based on the popular Japanese comic, this is the story of a priest (Gerard Butler) who goes against the laws of the church to hunt the vampires who kidnapped his niece.
