With just five episodes left, Star Trek: Discovery is speeding towards the climax of its third season. In the latest installment, the USS Discovery crew traveled to Kewjian, the home planet of Book. However, they didn’t get a welcoming committee for their arrival as they had to clash with the Emerald Chain. In the meantime, Georgiou is doing some medical exams to investigate her recent episodes. The former Terran Emperor of the Mirror Universe hasn’t been herself following the time jump, and keeps zoning out.
And now, CBS All Access has revealed a glimpse of what will happen in the upcoming ninth episode of Star Trek: Discovery Season 3. From the images, it appears the USS Discovery will go through some trouble as Burnham will clash with Georgiou. The reason for this rupture is still unknown at the moment, but it looks related to her recent condition. The video also teases that Burnham and her adoptive mother will attempt to find a solution for the sticky situation.
