The Golden Raspberry Award Foundation distributed their 35th Razzie Awards for best of the worst of 2014 last night and some of the people involved in a few of last year’s superhero films were ‘honored.’
Megan Fox was given the Razzie for Worst Supporting Actress for last year’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, her fifth nomination and first ‘win’ (two of her previous nominations were for the comic-based Jonah Hex).
Michael Bay was chosen for Worst Director for Transformers: Age of Extinction. He previously ‘won’ the same award for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
The bright spot for the awards, however, was Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice‘s Ben Affleck, who won the inaugural Razzie Redeemer Award for his achievement of going from the Razzie-nominated film Gigli to “Oscar Darling” for Argo and Gone Girl.
