Listen To Michael Giacchino’s Catwoman Theme From The Batman Soundtrack

The Batman is two weeks away from theaters, and it’s the Dark Knight’s first solo film in a decade. For the last few weeks, director Matt Reeves has been sharing selections from composer Michael Giacchino’s score for the movie. The first track was the film’s Batman theme, while the second selection was Riddler’s theme. Now, it’s Selina Kyle’s turn in Giacchino’s Catwoman theme.

Director Matt Reeves has released the third and final single from Giacchino’s The Batman soundtrack. And it’s a departure from the earlier selections because it sounds like a jazzy piano theme that seems perfect for a femme fatale like Selina Kyle. In almost every incarnation, Catwoman is always out for herself.

Zoë Kravitz actually went after the Selina Kyle/Catwoman role in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises. While Anne Hathaway was cast in that film, The Batman is giving Kravitz the chance to show what she can do in the part.

The Batman will hit theaters on March 4.
