Warner Bros. is Planning Early Fan Screenings For The Batman

Thanks to the pandemic, DC fans had to wait almost a full extra year to see The Batman in theaters. But Warner Bros. is giving them the chance to catch it a few days early. On March 1, the studio will host special fan screenings of the highly-anticipated reboot in select IMAX locations across the country.

The screenings will take place at 7pm exclusively in IMAX theaters. Although tickets for The Batman’s opening weekend don’t go on sale until this Thursday, February 10, fans can purchase tickets for the March 1 screenings starting tomorrow at 9am PT. They will also receive an exclusive copy of Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale’s Batman: The Long Halloween #1 from 1996 featuring a new variant cover inspired by the film. You can view the cover and Fandango’s official announcement below.

Ahead of its debut in high-definition, Warner Bros. has also released a new poster for The Batman’s IMAX release. The poster was designed by Bill Sienkiewicz and showcases all of the film’s major players, including Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne/Batman, Paul Dano’s Edward Nashton/Riddler, Zoë Kravitz’s Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Colin Farrell’s Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin, Andy Serkis’ Alfred Pennyworth, and Jeffrey Wright’s James Gordon.

The Batman hits theaters everywhere on March 4.
