Mondo Brings Hans Zimmer’s Wonder Woman 1984 Score To Vinyl

Regardless of how you felt about Wonder Woman 1984, composer Hans Zimmer can always be trusted to deliver a rousing set of musical cues. Now, fans can own his latest work on 180-gram wax. Mondo has announced that it will be releasing Zimmer’s Wonder Woman 1984 score on vinyl later this week.

Mondo’s pressing collects Zimmer’s contributions to the film on not one, not two, but three different LPs. For a mere $45, buyers can choose between fireworks-colored vinyl (likely inspired by the scene in the film where Diana and Steve Trevor fly above Washington D.C. during the city’s Fourth of July celebration) or standard black vinyl. Both pressings come housed in a tri-fold jacket designed by London-based studio La Boca, complete with holo-foil elements and even a few liner notes by WW84 director Patty Jenkins. The fireworks variant is limited to 1,000 copies, so anyone hoping to add this one to their collection will have to act fast. A swirl-colored variant will also be available through select indie retailers as well.

Additionally, Mondo asked La Boca to design two exclusive screenprinted posters for Wonder Woman 1984. Measuring 24”x36”, both posters are limited to 200 copies each and cost $50. Pre-orders will ship sometime in September.

Zimmer’s Wonder Woman 1984 soundtrack goes on sale this Wednesday at 12pm CT at MondoRecordShop.com. Both posters will be available for purchase starting at 1pm that same day via The Drop. You can view images of the upcoming releases in the gallery below.
