If Yelena Belova will indeed become the next Black Widow, as fans speculate, she’s showing some good initiative for the role. In the latest clip from Black Widow, she and Natasha are fleeing an unknown gunwoman on a motorcycle. Natasha just wants to escape, but Yelena proves not to be a big fan of that strategy. So she improvises.

So clearly, Rachel Weisz is not that gunwoman. But the aerial shots look spectacular, while the car seem surprisingly normal for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and superheroes in general. Shot pre-pandemic, it looks as epic as it ought.

Black Widow opens in theaters and on Disney+ premiere access July 9. In a story set before the events of Avengers: Endgame, Natasha Romanoff returns to Budapest to confront some issues from her past. To do so, she will reunite with her former spy “family,” and take on the dangerous Taskmaster. Black Widow is directed by Cate Shortland and written by Eric Pearson from a story by Jac Schaeffer and Ned Benson, and stars Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow alongside Florence Pugh, David Harbour, O-T Fagbenle, William Hurt, Ray Winstone, and Rachel Weisz.
