New Vader and Ben Figures From Obi-Wan Kenobi Series Revealed

Hasbro would hardly miss the opportunity to make new variants of two all-time favorite characters like Darth Vader and Ben Kenobi. And yes, that’s “Ben” Kenobi, whose surname is apparently common enough in the galaxy that changing his first name is sufficient disguise. Ben Kenobi (Tibidon Station) comes clad in his civilian clothes, with an opening satchel, blaster, and his lightsaber. This figure will sell exclusively at Target.

Darth Vader is, well, himself. There’s not a lot of variation between his appearances in different live-action media. But this one does attempt to be specific to the details of the Obi-Wan Kenobi show’s costume specifically.

Ben retails at what is fast becoming the new “exclusive” price point of $27.99. Darth Vader goes for $24.99. preorders for both begin online tomorrow, June 2, at 1 p.m. eastern. Vader should appear at most retailers; Ben requires braving Target.com.

Hasbro will also make new kid-sized toy lightsabers for both, because why would they not? And in all likelihood, we’ll see more variants of these characters before the show is done.
