Mortal Kombat Sektor Figure Comes With Fatality Crusher and Missiles

Ninjas, as we know from years of cartoons and totally-not-exaggerated movies, are masters of weapons. Bos, sai, katanas, throwing stars and nun-chuks all generally feature in the repertoire of the martial-arts masters of invisibility. But when we’re talking robot ninjas, things go to a whole new level. And there’s nothing a fighting tournament can really do about it if advanced cyber-weapons are literally part of a competitor’s body. What, they want to come off as anti-robot xenophobes? Mortal Kombat‘s Sektor takes major advantage of this loophole.

Yes, this cyber-ninja busts open his chest to shoot missiles at foes. And if that’s not enough, he also stores a gigantic clamp in there somehow. One big enough to expand higher than the height of a person, and crush them into a bloody pulp. Fatality! Storm Collectibles‘ new action figure of Sektor includes all these accessories for some lethal diorama building.

And despite being like some kind of crimson, evil Inspector Gadget, Sektor was human once, and heir to a great legacy. From Storm’s official bio: “The son of the Grand Master, it was never in question that Sektor would join the Lin Kuei. What pleases the Grand Master is the degree to which his son relishes the life of an assassin. The secretive clan allows Sektor to express his darker nature, using any means necessary to completes his tasks. Hired by Shang Tsung, his current assignment is to attend the Mortal Kombat tournament and eliminate Earthrealm competitors. Though this mission will put his clan in good standing with Shao Kahn, Sektor’s ultimate goal is to supplant his father as Grand Master of the Lin Kuei.”

Unless daddy can also shoot bombs from his chest, Sektor has a big advantage in this generational conflict. The $80 figure is available now direct from Storm’s website.
