In a little more than a week, Harley Quinn will raise hell in Gotham once again as Birds of Prey soars into theaters. And now three new clips from the upcoming movie are pumping up the fans’ hype. The recently released footage offers some answers about how Harley put together her new gang. In the first clip, you can see Harley convincing Huntress, Black Canary, Cassandra Cain, and Renee Montoya that they all need to work together. Harley’s speech is quite effective, since all the girls agree to work with their new leader at once. And the fact that they are hunted by a load of Black Mask’s men is surely just incidental.

In the second one, Harley and Ewan McGregor’s Black Mask have a close encounter. Joker’s former love interest did something that made Black Mask very angry. And now that Gotham’s Clown Prince of Crime is nowhere near, he wants to dispose of Harley once and for all. Harley, though, has a brilliant idea – perhaps due to Chris Messina’s Victor Zsasz licking her face – and manages to convince Roman Sionis to change his mind.
The third and last clip features a full-packed action sequence of Harley and her girls fending off a plethora of attackers in what seems to be a carnival ride. Interestingly, Harley is wearing her rollerblades and she knocks out one of her opponents thanks to her colorful hammer.
