The Thing is a happily married man, now he just needs to live through his honeymoon! Ever since his whirlwind wedding with Alicia Masters, the Thing has been fighting one battle after another. If it isn’t Doctor Doom and Galactus, it’s the freakin’ War of the Realms. But now, Ben and Alicia finally have some time to themselves. The Fantastic Four even insisted that Ben turn over his communicator, so that they could enjoy their honeymoon in peace.
Unfortunately, Alicia’s evil father, the Puppet Master, has other ideas. Doctor Doom gave the Puppet Master the means to control people from behind bars. And he’s sent the Immortal Hulk to kill the Thing once and for all. It’s also complicated by the fact that in less than an hour, the Thing will transform back into Ben Grimm!
In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Fantastic Four #13, Dan Slott and artist Sean Izaakse finally allow the Thing to realize who he’s really fighting. But even with Alicia is in danger, the Puppet Master isn’t about to back down now.
