The Boys’ Vought International Reveals Its Seven-Inspired Burger

Superheroes may be The Boys’ bread and butter, but the show has found other targets for its satire over the last two seasons. Digs at corporate culture run rampant throughout every episode of the series. Now, it appears as though the upcoming third season is setting its sights on the fast food industry. Showrunner Eric Kripke has unveiled a fake ad for a new burger that should make even the most seasoned carnivores shed a tear for the cow(s) that died to make it.

Kripke recently took to Twitter to share a photo of a bus stop promotion advertising Vought-a-Burger’s latest creation. Affectionately dubbed “The Seven Tower,” the burger is actually made up of several sandwiches from the restaurant’s Hero Menu. For only $5.99, guests can build their own meaty monstrosity, which is named after the superhero team’s flashy New York headquarters. Check out Kripke’s post below.

A burger this outrageous would almost have to be a joke. But since we live in the same world that brought us the KFC Double Down and Pizza Hut’s Cheesy Bites Pizza, you can never be too sure. Kripke also revealed in a follow-up tweet that the burger contains 1,660 calories, 128g of fat, and 3,800mg of sodium. In other words, you’d have to be Homelander-level crazy to try it.

Amazon still hasn’t announced a premiere date for The Boys season 3. However, the new episodes are expected to drop either at the end of this year or the beginning of next year.
