In the last two decades, Robot Chicken‘s specials have taken on Star Wars, The Walking Dead, and DC’s superheroes, among others. Now, it’s time for the show to revisit Riverdale’s famous residents. Via Variety, The Bleepin’ Robot Chicken Archie Comics Special is coming to Adult Swim on May 23.
Fred Armisen will provide the voice of Archie Andrews, with Amy Sedaris as Betty Cooper, and Betty Gilpin as Veronica Lodge. Additionally, Jason Mantzoukas will voice Jughead Jones alongside Ryan Phillippe, as Reggie Mantle, Clare Grant as Sabrina Spellman, Jane Lynch as Miss Grundy, Jared Harris as Mr. Weatherbee, and Katee Sackhoff as Hilda Spellman.

The special will also serve as a mini reunion from the Josie and the Pussycats live-action film. Rachel Leigh Cook will reprise her role as Josie McCoy and voice Cheryl Blossom as well. Cree Summer will provide Josie’s singing voice. Seth Green, Breckin Meyer, and Donald Faison will revisit their roles as DuJour, the boy band from the film. However, the early description of the special suggests that Josie and her friends have gone through some wild adventures of their own.
