Last summer, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. were whisked back in time to 1931 in order to stop the Chronicoms from erasing their spy organization from existence. And next month, viewers will finally learn how the characters are handling this sudden change of scenery. Fortunately, they don’t seem to be having any problems blending in. Jeff Ward, who plays Deke Shaw on the series, recently took to Instagram to tease the agents’ period-appropriate wardrobe. You can view his photos below.
The sepia-toned images provide fresh looks at what Deke and his teammates will be sporting in the upcoming episodes. Ward’s character channels his inner newsie in a driver’s cap and messenger bag, while Clark Gregg’s Phil Coulson looks like a dead ringer for Humphrey Bogart in Casablanca. We’re also treated to new shots of Mack (Henry Simmons) in his pinstriped suit and Daisy (Chloe Bennet) in her bonnet and overcoat.
