Arrow’s final episode is still more than two months away, but some of the show’s stars have already begun sharing their goodbyes. Now, Juliana Harkavy has also taken to social media to bid her own farewell to the series.
Harkavy, who has played Dinah Drake, a.k.a. Black Canary on Arrow since 2017, posted her message on Instagram. Additionally, she shared a picture she took of herself shortly after learning she’d been cast on the series. You can read what she had to say below.

Dinah Drake made her first appearance in Arrow’s fifth season. She was an undercover police officer who gained the power to produce sonic screams after an accident involving S.T.A.R. Labs’ particle accelerator. Years later, Oliver Queen recruited Dinah to join Team Arrow to succeed Laurel Lance as the new Black Canary. Harkavy’s character has also appeared on crossover episodes of The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. She will also show up during the network’s Crisis on Infinite Earths event, which kicks off in December.
Arrow will conclude its eight-season run with a special two-hour event on January 28 on The CW.
