Watchmen Season 1 Episode 2 – What Did You Think?!

“Nothing ever ends” in the world of the Watchmen. The second episode of HBO’s new series featured a number of callbacks to Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ original comic book series. It also opened up several unsettling questions about the late police chief. Did the second episode live up to your expectations? We want to know what the Superhero Hype community thinks about it! This post is a place for all of you to leave your own reviews, thoughts, or anything else you want to say about the show.

Jeremy Irons’ Ozymandias may be far removed from the plot in Tulsa, but he just can’t leave his past behind. He forced his clone servants to reenact the creation of Doctor Manhattan, with murder as just another part of the entertainment.

Speaking of Doctor Manhattan, Will Reeves told Angela Abar that he killed Judd Crawford with his powers. However, Will left out the part about being Angela’s grandfather. Regardless of their familial connection, something weirder is in play. Before Angela could bring Will into custody, he was saved (or kidnapped) by a flying ship. He did tell Angela that he had “friends in high places,” so maybe we shouldn’t have been surprised.

Watchmen airs Sunday nights on HBO.
