Kat Dennings and Randall Park Join the Cast of WandaVision on Disney+

We don’t know where the Vision and Scarlet Witch will end up in their new series, WandaVision. But we do know that they’ll be seeing a few familiar faces. At D23, Kevin Feige announced that Kat Dennings and Randall Park will be joining the cast of the show.

Dennings played Darcy Lewis in both Thor, and Thor: The Dark World. As for Park, he played FBI agent Jimmy Woo in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Dennings was also at D23, and thanked Feige for bringing her back. Feige also introduced Kathyrn Hahn as an additional cast member. He described her character as “a nosy neighbor that’s stirring up trouble.

Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are reprising their respective roles as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch and the Vision. However, they weren’t at liberty to say how the Vision returned from his death in Avengers: Infinity War.

Via EW, Bettany said “As the scripts keep rolling in that we get allowed to read, it is so funny and it just ends up being this huge epic. The writing’s so extraordinary, thank you very much. We don’t know about the directing yet, but we’ll see about that.”

“We’re so excited to start shooting,” added Olsen. “This is going to be so wacky and fun, I am so excited to share it with everyone.”

Teyonah Parris will also be a part of the series as Monica Rambeau, an older version of the character who debuted in Captain Marvel.

WandaVision will premiere on Disney+ in spring 2021.
