Last month, Amazon began rolling out its marketing campaign for The Tomorrow War, a new sci-fi epic hitting the platform this summer. The movie’s first teaser also clocked in at around 30 seconds and was light on plot details. However, it turns out that Amazon was just whetting our appetites for a more explosive preview arriving online tomorrow. Additionally, Amazon has released nine new motion posters spotlighting some of the film’s main characters. Check them out for yourself below.
The film follows a band of soldiers who travel back from the year 2051 to warn humanity about a looming alien invasion. They also want new recruits to join their fight in the future. One of these recruits is Chris Pratt’s Dan Forester, a teacher and family man who sets out to make the world safe for his young daughter. The cast also includes Yvonne Strahovski, Sam Richardson, Mary Lynn Rajskub, and Edwin Hodge. Seychelle Gabriel, Keith Powers, and Mike Mitchell also appear in the film.

Additionally, Pratt shared a video on Instagram where he and some of his co-stars plug the new trailer’s premiere. The clip also features an appearance by J.K. Simmons, who (for some reason) wasn’t given his own character poster for the film. Check it out for yourself below.
