John Wick’s Chad Stahelski to Helm Comic Book Movie Analog

After working with him on three John Wick movies, including the currently filming John Wick: Chapter 3, Lionsgate is staying in the Chad Stahelski business. Variety is reporting that the studio has signed Stahelski to direct Analog, an adaptation of the recent Image Comics sci-fi title.

Written by Gerry Duggan (Marvel Comics’ “Deadpool”) and illustrated by David O’Sullivan, Analog tells the story of a future 2024 where internet privacy has been completely compromised, with the web now only used for porn. Armed couriers known as “Paper Jockeys” are now used in place of email to deliver information while fighting off spies and other unsavory individuals. No casting announcements have been made yet.

Colony co-creator Ryan J. Condal will pen the script, with Stahelski producing alongside David Leitch (Deadpool 2, Atomic Blonde) through their 87eleven production company.
