The game, titled Marvel: War of Heroes, will launch this fall on the Mobage social games platform and will be a digital card game much like their previous hit title “Rage of Bahamut’s.” Check out the press release below.
Featuring original art by popular Marvel artists and a brand-new narrative, Marvel: War of Heroes will provide a fast-paced card-battle action experience.

In Marvel: War of Heroes, players step into the shoes of a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and team up with iconic Marvel Heroes to battle evil. The Marvel: War of Heroes story is a completely original script, written in cooperation with Marvel. Players recruit classic characters from Spider-Man to Hulk to Iron Man, evolve and fuse powers and abilities to build stronger teams and challenge the most dangerous foes. New characters and events will be added on a regular basis, ensuring a continually evolving gameplay experience.
Pre-registrations for Marvel: War of Heroes begins today at www.mobage.com/marvel; the title will be available as a free download on iOS and Android devices this Fall.
All pre-registered users will be rewarded with a special limited edition card featuring a popular Marvel character for in-game use.
