McDonough is no stranger to the Marvel Universe, having voiced the character of Dr. Bruce Banner in the 1996 “Incredible Hulk” cartoon series, but is best known for appearances in Minority Report, Star Trek: First Contact and as Dave Williams in the fifth season of “Desperate Housewives.”
Dugan, in the comic book series, is the right-hand man to Nick Fury and his team, the Howling Commandos, a military division of S.H.I.E.L.D. He is characterized by a bowler hat and a large mustache and, like the real-life McDonough, hails from Massachusetts.
