Yesterday, Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon teased Spider-Man fans with fake titles for the third movie. However, the official title has finally been revealed. The third MCU Spidey film will be called Spider-Man: No Way Home. Sony confirmed the announcement with a video, which you can see below.

This will be Holland’s third “solo” Spider-Man film. Regardless, he will share the spotlight with Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange. Jamie Foxx and Alfred Molina are also reprising their roles as Electro and Doctor Octopus. This has led to speculation that No Way Home will feature the multiverse in some way.

Molina originated the role of Doc Ock in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2. As for Foxx, his original Electro first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man 2. Back in December, Marvel’s Kevin Feige confirmed that this Spider-Man sequel will tie into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Despite consistent rumors, Holland has denied that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will be back as the previous Spider-Men. There are also rumors that Charlie Cox will reprise his role as Matt Murdock/Daredevil. But none of these rumors have been confirmed.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit theaters on December 17.
