Last year, Ray Fisher, the actor who portrayed Cyborg in Justice League, accused director Joss Whedon of misconduct during the film’s reshoots. Fisher also accused executives Geoff Johns and Jon Berg of covering for Whedon. Additionally, Fisher slammed DC Films President Walter Hamada and stated that he offered to throw Whedon and Berg under the bus to protect Johns’ reputation.
Earlier this week, Fisher responded to a report from The Wrap that he had publicly resigned from reprising his role as Cyborg in The Flash. Fisher went on to contend that the investigation forced Whedon out of Warner Bros., with Johns soon to follow. However, a spokesperson for the studio had a different response to Fisher’s latest Tweets.
“The investigation was conducted by an outside law firm and led by a former federal judge,” said a Warner Bros. spokesperson in a statement to The Wrap. “More than 80 people were interviewed. We have full confidence in its thoroughness and integrity, and remedial action has been taken. The investigation has concluded, and it is time to move on.”

According to The Wrap’s sources, Johns isn’t going anywhere. He remains the showrunner and co-creator of Stargirl, Johns is also a producer for Batwoman, Doom Patrol, Superman and Lois, and Titans.
Fisher did film new material for Zack Snyder’s Justice League cut earlier this year. However, it doesn’t look like he’ll be back as Cyborg any time soon.
