Vulture has learned that Ron Perlman (“Hellboy” films) has been cast in the role that almost went to Mickey Rourke – Corin, the father of Conan. Rourke will instead star in War of the Gods.
Perlman joins a cast that includes Jason Momoa, Rachel Nichols, Stephen Lang, Bob Sapp and Leo Howard.
Marcus Nispel will direct starting this month.
