Superhero Hype’s Best Amazon Toy and Collectibles Deals for Oct 19

Movies and restaurants may be in a state of flux, but the toy industry keeps cranking things out. And with the family stuck at home, they’re going to need some new playthings, much like the Emperor Ming. In this ongoing series, Superhero Hype takes a look at some of the better deals for Oct 19 that Amazon.com has running as of publication time. Please note that all deals are subject to change or sell out at any time based on supply and demand.

McFarlane Toys Borderlands – Psycho Action Figure
$16.93

The masked bandit of Pandora, freakishly obsessed with the Vault, is now available at army -building prices. McFarlane’s gritty dirt washes and the game’s unique cel-shaded style combine for a highly distinctive collectible.

Star Wars The Black Series Luke Skywalker and Yoda (Jedi Training) 6-Inch-Scale The Empire Strikes Back 40th Anniversary Figures

$37.99

In this two-pack recreating the iconic Dagobah training scenes, Luke Skywalker has been rebalanced so the figure can actually do a handstand. Don’t try to balance Yoda on his feet, though.

McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Wonder Woman: Wonder Woman Action Figure

$15.88

That’s a great price for the best mass-release action figure to date of Gal Gadot in her superheroine best. Shiny, articulated, and photoreal face-printed, this 7-incher scales well with other McFarlane and NECA figures, and comes with a trading card and stand.

McFarlane Toys Mortal Kombat Scorpion and Raiden 7″ Action Figure Multipack
$29.99

$30 for two $20 figures makes a great deal, especially when both come in better color combinations than the original figures. Raiden always looks better in white, and the less Scorpion deviates from black and yellow/gold, the better.

Hasbro Marvel Legends Series X-Men Magneto and Professor X 6-inch Collectible Action Figures Toys, Ages 14 and Up
$45.44

“McAvoy or Stewart?” quipped Wade Wilson in the Deadpool movie, in reference to Professor X. Now both are the same figure, along with Fassbender/McKellen as Magneto. Four bonus heads allow switching of the actors and headgear — and for completists to have to buy an extra set.

Star Wars The Child Animatronic Edition “AKA Baby Yoda” with Over 25 Sound and Motion Combinations
$59.00

The animatronic Baby Yoda that Hasbro’s been talking up since spring is finally available. Interact with this moving and speaking Mando companion that does everything but use the Force. Unless you have enough Baby Yodas by now, but surely that’s not even a thing yet.

Mega Construx Masters of The Universe Battle Cat Vs. Roton
$29.84

He-Man takes on Mer-Man in the first evil Eternian vehicle from Mega Construx. Keep Battle Cat safe from the spinning spikes and stud-shooters! Somebody has the power here, and it’s whoever builds the set first.

DC Collectibles Doomsday Clock: Dr. Manhattan/Ozymandias Action Figures (2 Pack)
$45.16

While these figures predate the casting of Jeremy Irons and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, fans of HBO’s Watchmen series may have noticed several of these Ozymandias action figures in Veidt’s study. Regardless, they’re the best Watchmen figures currently on the market, unless and until Todd McFarlane decides to have a go. And maybe even then.

Transformers: The Last Knight Premier Edition Leader Dragonstorm Combiner
$49.99

It might be a while before this metallic King Ghidorah riff comes to the Transformers Studio Series, but in the meantime this one remains as screen-accurate as a transforming version seems likely to get. Turn two ancient Cybertronian knights into a three-headed dragon. Then watch the underrated The Last Knight again.

NECA SDCC Exclusive Predator City – Hunter (Cloaked) 7″ Action Figure
$24.99

Finding an older NECA Predator figure for $25 is a damn miracle. Especially an exclusive. Anyone who loves clear figures or Yautja better grab this while it lasts.
