Exclusive Preview: Fantastic Four #33

Doctor Doom is getting married, and the Fantastic Four is invited to attend Latveria’s wedding of the year. However, the first family of superheroes should watch their backs. Johnny Storm, the Human Torch, has already slept with Doom’s bride-to-be, Victorious/Zora. Additionally, Johnny has alienated his alien soul mate, Sky, because she immediately sensed that he was unfaithful to her.

Doom has also personally insisted that Mr. Fantastic/Reed Richards serve as his best man. So there’s no getting out of this social obligation. Doom also made an offer that Reed couldn’t refuse.

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Fantastic Four #33, Dan Slott and artists R.B. Silva and Luca Maresca catch up with Zora and Doom during an intimate dinner. Back at the Baxter Building, Reed explains why the FF can’t afford to turn down Doom’s invite. Regardless, it may be too late for Johnny to save his relationship with Sky. It’s also very likely that Doom has an ulterior motive for inviting the Fantastic Four.
