The Wachowski brothers’ first assistant director, James McTeigue, is in final talks with Warner Bros. to make his helming debut on the adaptation of Alan Moore’s graphic novel V for Vendetta. According to Variety, the Wachowskis, creators of “The Matrix” trilogy, will produce with Warners-based producer Joel Silver.
