Kalogridis Finishes Wonder Woman Script?

We haven’t heard anything about a possible Wonder Woman movie in a while now, but “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” director Marcus Nispel dropped an interesting bit while talking about his next project to UGO:

I met with Mike Medavoy, who did all the movies I love from the 70s [such as One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Rocky and Annie Hall]. We both fell in love with a project called Pathfinder. The movie takes place 1,200 years ago, and a small Inuit tribe is being erased by aggressors, and a little boy runs and survives. He warns a neighboring tribe, but they tell him that the evil will follow the little boy. The kid says that they are right, and with his expertise with weaponry he goes right into the open knife of these bad guys. It’s kind of like First Blood, but the exception is that this invading tribe are Norsemen. I’ve never even seen an image of a Viking meeting an American Indian. This is sort of hypothetical. The script was written by Laeta Kalogridis, who wrote Alexander, and she just finished Wonder Woman. My agent looked through the script and asked me where all the dialogue was. I said there was only one surviving Indian, and the Vikings don’t have much to say to one another.
