The belated celebration of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World’s 10th anniversary continues next month with an expanded re-release of the movie’s hit soundtrack. Director Edgar Wright took to Instagram earlier today to share that the new version of the album will soon be available from all digital music services. Check out Wright’s announcement below.

The original soundtrack included contributions from Beck, Frank Black, and Broken Social Scene. And of course, it also featured a handful of songs from Scott Pilgrim’s fictional band, Sex Bob-omb, with actors Michael Cera (Scott), Alison Pill (Kim Pine), and Mark Webber (Stephen Stills) all recording their own bass, drum, and guitar/vocal parts. Several demos from Beck, who wrote all of the Sex Bob-omb tracks, will appear on the album’s expanded edition.

But most importantly, fans will finally be able to hear Metric’s “Black Sheep,” as performed by Brie Larson, who played The Clash at Demonhead singer (and Scott’s ex-girlfriend) Envy Adams in the film. The original soundtrack previously just featured Metric’s version of the song. Additionally, Larson’s onscreen look was inspired by the band’s frontwoman, Emily Haines.
The expanded edition of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World’s soundtrack will arrive on July 9.
