It’s no secret that The Mandalorian is appealing to hardcore Star Wars fanbase and novices alike. While the whole world is going crazy about Baby Yoda and, more recently, about Ahsoka Tano’s debut, it looks like The Mandalorian star Pedro Pascal loves the show for a completely different reason. While talking with EW, the actor revealed his favorite thing about The Mandalorian: working with actress and comedian Amy Sedaris.
“I followed Amy Sedaris around like a puppy,” he said. “[I was] like, ‘Hey again. I’m not leaving your side until you wrap,’ and she’s like, ‘Cool.’ I love the Child — it really is adorable — and it is so fascinating to see it work, but somebody who makes you spit-laugh right into your helmet will always be my favorite thing.”

In the Star Wars universe, Sedaris plays a Tatooine mechanic called Peli Motto. She made her first appearance in the fifth episode of the season one, warning Mando not to damage her droids. The last time both characters were on-screen together, Motto asked Mando to take the character known as Frog Lady and her eggs to Trask. The trip hit some unexpected turbulence, and not all those eggs reached the destination.
Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin will return in action in the upcoming episode of The Mandalorian that will debut on Disney+ on Friday, Dec. 4.
