Video games will be front and center at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, with a number of hit titles featured on the show floor. But a few will also have their own panels, including Gears 5 and Monster Hunter: Iceborne, which are destined to become big hits later this year.

It’s a big year for the Gears of War franchise. Gears 5 is set to debut this fall for Xbox One and Windows 10; and Gears Pop! arrives on mobile around the same time. The Coalition’s Rod Fergusson will head up a panel that takes a closer look at the franchise in general, alongside narrative lead Bonnie Jean Mah. They’ll take a look at what’s to come for the series, while answering questions from fans and hosting a special giveaway. Expect a closer look at the game, and possibly a few surprises!

This may be the biggest games panel during San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel will host a huge event headed up by Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller. It will focus on Square Enix’s Marvel’s Avengers, along with Nintendo’s Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order. Marvel’s Bill Rosemann will also be on hand as he reveals content updates for the company’s various mobile titles, such as Marvel Contest of Champions. Fans will also get a closer look at the recently revealed Iron Man VR. Could other surprises also be in store?
Dragon Ball Z: 30th Anniversary Panel

Though the primary focus of the Dragon Ball Z panel will be on the anime series, there’s a good chance that there will be some discussion about the games as well. Fans may even see more of the role-playing adventure Kakarot in action during the panel, since it’s due for release later this year. Additionally, there may be new clips of Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as well!
