The CW has released the first promo for Supergirl episode 4.16, titled “The House of L,” highlighting Lex Luthor’s secret weapon against the girl of steel. Guest starring Emmy winner Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men), the new episode is set to air on March 24. Check out the video below!
The episode is directed by Carl Seaton with Dana Horgan and Eric Carrasco co-writing the script. It is officially described as follows:
“LEX LUTHOR CONTINUES TO WREAK HAVOC – In the wake of Lex Luthor’s (guest star Jon Cryer) return, the show flashes back to what he’s been doing for the last two years and how his secret machinations and plans have affected Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Lena (Katie McGrath).”

Supergirl stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow ‘Winn’ Schott, Katie McGrath as Lena Luthor, Jess Rath as Brainiac 5, and David Harewood as Hank Henshaw/J’onn J’onnz. New to the cast for the fourth season is Sam Witwer as Agent Liberty, Rhona Mitra as Mercy Graves, and Bruce Boxleitner as Vice President Baker.
Based on the DC characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, the series is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Robert Rovner and Jessica Queller. Supergirl is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
