The Game Revealed: Season 7 Episode 2: Battling the Silence Teaser

HBO’s Game of Thrones behind-the-scenes series The Game Revealed has released an episode 2 teaser

HBO has released a teaser for the second episode of its seven-part series The Game Revealed. The show is a new Game of Thrones post-season, behind-the-scenes series available exclusively on HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and affiliate portals. You can check out the teaser for the episode in the player below and you can watch the first episode here.

The seven-part series features exclusive interviews with cast and crew that provide new info and insights on how some of the biggest moments from the latest season of the HBO series came together. Episode 2 as well as the remaining five episodes will be available exclusively to HBO subscribers, with new episodes rolling out on a weekly basis on subsequent Mondays.

In “Battling the Silence,” we get a look behind-the-scenes of the big battle scene on the boat, in which Euron Greyjoy (Pilou Asbæk) and his fleet attach the boat carrying Yara (Gemma Whelan) and Theon (Alfie Allen). We get a look at how much of the boat they actually built on the set, which was in a parking lot in Northern Ireland. We also learn how they created realistic effects, including waves and the fire of battle.

The first fourteen-minute episode, which is available to anyone, contains previously-unseen footage revealing the camera tricks behind Arya’s face-changing transformation into Walder Frey, the breathtaking Spanish landscapes that served as the backdrop for Daenerys’ home of Dragonstone, and exclusive interviews with episode one director Jeremy Podeswa, prosthetics designer Barrie Gower and cast members, including Emilia Clarke and Maisie Williams, and guest star Ed Sheeran.
